We've used these for Broad breasted white turkeys that are sold by weight. Our average turkey dressed out at 24lbs (26lbs was our largest) and all were difficult to place in the bag. However, the bags shrank and presented very well afterwards.Quality is great, very thick and durable. We vacuum out a little air before zip tying and then using hot water to shrink them. They do work with a heatgun, but can be easily burned through with the higher temperature.
